If you don’t like running, don’t run.
If you don’t like lifting, don’t lift.
If you don’t like yoga, don’t practice yoga.
Find what works, and don’t compare yourself or feel inadequate because someone else has a different exercise routine. It’s about finding what you love, not having some mythical “perfect” routine.
Meh feeling tired, lazy and unmotivated the past few days, maybe it’s just exhaustion from the past few weeks but now I have the time to do the things I’ve been waiting to do and all I’m doing is laying around eating out of boredom instead of actually doing anything constructive! Waaaaa! Story of my life!need to just snap myself out of it!
